Within the past few months I had to go in for an x-ray and once to the ER. From check-in through the procedures, everyone was nice and efficient. I didn't mind the wait because the service was good. Actually, in the past 2 years, I have not had a bad experience yet. Glad they are here so we don't have to go downtown or out to Metairie or Slidell all the time.

It was okay. If I had a real emergency I would not go there.
Great service with commitment and care for the community
I had my babygirl there 2014 .i had a pleasant stay.the Drs and Nurses were fabulous.a nurse named Helen was particularly helpful.tried to go back to say thank you but i have not been back in the US since.I was happy with my care.
ED: good doctors, good nurses but overall understaffed and can take a little time for everything to get done.
Very caring and friendly staff. Security guard runs to open the door for new patients, and keeps excellent track of who is next. IT'S A HOSPITAL PEOPLE - Remember that it may be busy at times in which case patients sometimes need to be seen based on "Severity" in an effort to Keep People Alive.... helloooooooo?¿?
Great Community Hospital. :) The new ACC building is beautiful! Doctors are very experienced and thats why the hospital is always filled to capacity
I switched to St. Bernard for prenatal care due to an insurance dispute, so far the staff has been very friendly and attentive. It is very organized and I have not have a problem yet. The care I am receiving is much better than my previous Doctor, I would definitely recommend it.
Of course no one wants to take a trip to the hospital with that being said my experience @StBH wasn't bad at all. Everyone was really nice and caring all of the Drs you have to see when coming in as emergency were awesome very concerned about patient care and privacy.Security was very nice to patients waiting in waiting area registration lady was nice Hospitals Can Be Cold But The Staff@STBH Made Me Feel Very Warm.
