I went there Friday (ER) and was prepared for a long wait but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got me in and out. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to actually care. Probably helped that I’m in healthcare field as well lol. But my visit wasn’t bad at all. Thanks for taking care of me!

My 95 year old mother was taken there by ambulance and received excellent care by the ER staff. As I waited in a room for her to return I overheard a Male nurse talking so sweet to a elderly lady in the hall. My mother spent the night for observation and received excellent care by the 4th floor nurses! I stayed the night. I truly do not have 1 complaint! Thank you nurses, doctors for taking care of my loved one!

I called over 13 times this morning trying to get to orthopedics. The first time I was told little company of Mary doesn’t even have a orthopedic department and I asked the woman “How is that true because I have an appointment today I just need to know what time” she said “We ain’t got one” and hung up. The other times I was transferred to random doctors! The numbers on google for your orthopedic department are all incorrect. Your online portal doesn’t show upcoming appointments. I can’t believe it took 13 times for me to confirm my appointment time. I had my baby here and had a FAIR experience that’s the ONLY reason I’m giving 3 stars. Also, third floor woman by the name of SHIRLEY needs to work in the back or find another job because I dreaded dealing with her nasty attitude when I came for my appointments. She is very condensing, she talked to my husband and I as if we were little kids. I love Mary Kay and the midwife staff, if it weren’t for Mary Kay Burke I would’ve had my baby elsewhere.

Amazing! Have been coming here for my past two pregnancies and I live it better than Saint Anthony! Nurses were the kindest!

Mom's been here for 2 weeks. Have had no problems other than the food. Easy on the salt Chef. This coming from someone who puts salt on salt cured ham.

I have had multiple experiences with hospital - ranging from 2 child births, to 2 emergency visits, one of which resulted in a 4 day stay. I have had no issues at all with the hospital in any of the visits I did. None. Wait times were acceptable, the doctors and staff were professional, and the billing was fair. Now, I realize who your insurance carrier may change your thinking on this, but I just wanted to share that I am very happy with Little Company.

The er experience was horrible. Once admitted the nursing staff on the floor was excellent. They showed compassion. They were really great. The room was nice and clean

I've been admitted to this hospital twice and both times I enjoyed the staff, nurses, doctors, rooms, etc. The first time was to give birth and the matermity ward was VERY nice and comfortable for our family. The 2nd visit was via the emergency room, which resulted in an emergency surgical procedure. I agree that the ER was very cold. However, warm blankets were provided upon request. The staff members are very kind and the nurses were professional and empathetic. Albeit, I have NEVER been admitted to any other hospitals, I have visited patients in other hospitals and consider this hospital to be one of best in the area.

I want to give this place 3 stars because the service is slow, but one nurse stands out more than the others Roisīn she shows that really cares about the patients she tends to. I cannot give this place a one star just on how I was treated because this did give me surgery and I feel fine. They did their job just don't expect to have fast service.

I was admitted due to low hemoglobin count. It didn't take long to get a room. The RN's & CN's were very attentive taking my vitals, giving me important information & overall making sure my stay was very comfortable. A very good caregivers rating in my experience. Would definitely recommend to others in the future.

On the two occasions I required emergency treatment for dermatology related allergies/shock, etc-- The ER Doctor on call really was beyond super nice (when i finally saw him) -- after a long grueling wait of 2hours, but the ER nursing staff (doing the ground work/intake) sucked big time-- For what it is (a small medical center) it isn't bad, it just wasn't the best in terms of nursing support staff efficiency and manners, -- They don't have an onsite dermatologist-- I have never been to a hospital with no dermatology dept.. for follow up care, and if you have need of a therapist they hire medical doctors that aren't even board certified to psychotherapists-- I didn't know it was even legal (or ethical) to hire a non-certified physician regardless of specialty as they may be prescribing various medications on top of what you may have from your internist--And considering this is a Catholic affiliated hospital, in a family-oriented area, you would expect more and better standards--So, if it' not an absolute life or death emergency, for any scheduled medical visits, go to Northwestern Memorial or even Rush Medical Center-- !!
